DILLON HORN
Dillon brings over 15 years of experience in commercial preconstruction and construction, with a reputation for disciplined organization, clear communication, and reliable execution. He has led complex projects across a wide range of delivery types, including ground-up commercial construction, public works projects, building expansions, major renovations, and infrastructure improvements.

Throughout his career, Dillon has worked closely with owners, developers, design teams, contractors, and suppliers to align scope, budget, and schedule, driving projects toward predictable outcomes. His leadership style is hands-on and accountability-driven, with a focus on proactive problem solving and maintaining momentum from preconstruction through closeout.

As President and Owner of UCC Inc., Dillon is directly involved in preconstruction strategy, contract oversight, and project execution. His leadership reflects a commitment to integrity, transparency, and long-term relationships, earning trust with clients and partners alike.
